ORGANIZATIONAL SUGGESTIONS

The NETWORK OF EVENTS is an open project based on cross-fertilization and fruitful difference between the components. The following lines of organization, nothing more than advices, are obviously open to revision/discussion/amplification.

1) Of course, the components should keep in touch via the Internet.

2) At best, the first phase -which we would describe as "experimental"- should involve two or three groups of various countries. It does not matter whether events are similar or very unlike one another - they just have to take place on the same day and at the same appointed time,

3) During the second phase, the components should try and improve the events' *technical effectiveness*, in order to 'treasure up' the outcomes as media coverage and influence the collective imagery. We should compel the media to cover events that have just taken place on the same day in different geographical areas, but the media must not be able to codify such a phenomenon. We have no scruples about increasing media confusion - they are never to be told the whole truth, otherwise they will label us. We have to pay attention to the media landscape and see what events are more likely to get coverage.

4) We could appoint the 'X Time' at the next intercontinental meeting - as written above, we suggest the weeks before New Millennium's Day.
